1. About This Service

Unify.Africa is a product of Unify Tech Labs Ltd ("Unify Tech Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). Unify.Africa is a pre-launch product currently under development. No financial services, money transmission, payment processing, or fund transfers are currently available through this website or any associated application. All features, interfaces, and descriptions on this website represent our intended product vision and do not constitute an offer or solicitation of financial services.

2. No Financial Services

Neither Unify Tech Labs Ltd nor Unify.Africa currently holds any money transmitter license, payment service provider license, electronic money issuer license, or any equivalent financial services authorization in any jurisdiction. We are not a bank, money services business, or payment institution. No money is being held, transferred, or processed through this platform at this time.

Prior to the launch of any financial service, Unify Tech Labs Ltd will obtain all required licenses and regulatory approvals in each jurisdiction where it intends to operate, including but not limited to approvals from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Central Bank of Kenya (CBK), Bank of Ghana (BoG), South African Reserve Bank (SARB), and any other relevant regulatory authority.
